We manufacture superconducting magnets at our Seishin Plant in Kobe and superconducting wires at our Moji Plant in Kitakyushu. Leveraging two core technologies, we design, manufacture, and deliver high-performance superconducting solutions tailored to our customers' requirements.
1. Compact Coil Design Enabled by High-Performance Superconducting Wires
Our superconducting wires offer exceptional performance, including high current density and excellent mechanical strength. Through close collaboration between our wire engineers and magnet design engineers, we can develop superconducting magnets optimized for each customer's specific needs. This integrated approach enables compact, high-performance magnet systems for a wide range of applications.
2. Expertise in Diverse Cooling Technologies
We provide optimized vacuum vessels and cryogenic systems for a variety of cooling methods, including liquid helium cooling, 4K cryocooler cooling, and zero-boil-off cooling that combines both technologies. By selecting the most suitable cooling solution for each application, we ensure reliable, efficient, and long-term operation of superconducting magnet systems.

As the most established and widely adopted superconducting magnet technology, our liquid helium cooling magnet systems have been supplied for a broad range of applications, from academic and research institutions to NMR spectrometers.
Our NMR magnet product lineup covers frequencies from 400 MHz to 800 MHz. Over the past 30 years, we have supplied more than 2,300 NMR magnets to JEOL Ltd. In addition, we have a proven track record of manufacturing world-leading high-field magnets, including 930 MHz systems in 2005 and 1,020 MHz systems in 2014, both of which achieved the highest magnetic fields of their time.

This magnet systems are designed to achieve zero helium loss by continuously recondensing evaporated helium. This approach significantly reduces helium consumption and minimizes maintenance requirements while ensuring stable long-term operation.
In the past, we supplied a total of 250 extremity MRI magnets to GE Healthcare. Today, we provide OEM MRI magnets for radiation therapy systems to ViewRay Systems in the United States, with more than 90 units delivered to date.
ViewRay's systems enable real-time MRI imaging during radiation treatment, allowing clinicians to visualize the target area continuously and deliver highly precise, image-guided therapy.

Equipped with a cryocooler, our cryogen-free magnet systems operate without liquid cryogens and are widely used in both industrial and scientific applications. Their simple operation, low maintenance requirements, and reliable performance make them well suited for a variety of environments.
In industrial applications, our magnets are used in magnetic annealing systems for magnetic sensors and in silicon wafer manufacturing processes, where they are typically integrated into production lines. In scientific applications, we supply magnets for gyrotron systems used in fusion research to generate high-power millimeter waves for plasma heating, as well as magnets for material characterization studies conducted under high magnetic fields at universities and research institutes.
We offer two types of metallic superconducting wires, each designed to meet the requirements of advanced scientific and industrial applications.

Nb₃Sn wires are primarily used in applications requiring high magnetic fields above 10 T. They play a key role in high-field research magnets for scientific studies and are widely used as inner-coil conductors in high-field NMR magnets operating at frequencies of 500 MHz and above.
NbTi is the most widely used superconducting wire material in the world. We provide high-value-added NbTi wires tailored to customer requirements for demanding applications, including industrial magnet systems and gyrotron magnets used for plasma heating in fusion research. Leveraging decades of manufacturing expertise, we offer customized wire specifications to meet a wide range of performance and design needs.
We are committed to remaining a leading supplier of superconducting wires, magnet systems, and related services, supporting advancements in scientific, medical, and industrial technologies worldwide.
